What is a QuickBooks Assessment?
A QuickBooks Assessment is a complimentary review of your existing QuickBooks setup. We evaluate your data integrity for accuracy, organization, and usability, recommend an improved structure, and identify opportunities to enhance clarity and cash flow visibility.
Do I need QuickBooks to work with Accounted4?
We work within QuickBooks, but you don’t need to have it set up beforehand. Our team can help you transition and make the process as smooth as possible.
Do I need to know which service package I want before reaching out?
No. Many clients are unsure where to start. The QuickBooks Assessment helps determine which level of support makes the most sense for your current business needs. We recognize that goals and business needs change over time, which is why there is no annual contract required and services are flexible — allowing you to adjust your package as your needs evolve, up to twice per year.

How long does it take to get started?
Timelines vary depending on your current setup and needs. After your assessment, we’ll outline next steps and expectations clearly. Our typical new client implementation takes 4 – 6 weeks.
